Product Features
London Streets Regent Street Side/Border is a decorative porcelain border tile designed to frame and enhance patterned floor layouts within the London Streets Collection. Inspired by traditional Victorian style entrance floors, this 20 × 20cm tile features structured linear bands combined with interlocking Moroccan style motifs in layered tones of deep green, sage, and soft grey. The elongated pattern creates a strong directional flow, helping to define the edges of a tiled layout while maintaining the heritage-inspired character of the collection.
Perfect for recreating classic Victorian style hallway floors, Regent Street Side/Border is designed to work alongside the Regent Street patterned tile and corner pieces to create a fully framed floor design. It can be used to outline hallway entrances, kitchen floors, or bathroom floors, adding structure and visual balance to patterned tile installations. The decorative border also works well for feature floors where a defined frame enhances the overall layout.
Crafted from durable porcelain with a matt finish, London Streets Regent Street Side/Border is suitable for both walls and floors in indoor and outdoor spaces. The tile is wetroom safe, frost resistant, and features an R11 anti-slip surface, while also being compatible with underfloor heating—making it ideal for hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, patios, and outdoor entranceways.

Please note that the delivery date shown at checkout is the latest possible delivery date. Our courier's terms allow for delivery up to 24 hours before the selected date. This means your order may arrive the day before the chosen delivery date.
Deliveries are from 7am to 7pm but these times can/may be extended if delivering depots are busy.
Drivers are NOT insured to go into any property or take items off a pallet. Under NO circumstances will they be covered to go into communal areas where delivering to a flat, upstairs or into lifts.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange for products to be taken into a property once the driver has taken the pallet as close to the entrance as he/she deems possible.
Postage costs are calculated at the checkout based on weight/product and delivery post code.*
