Everything you need to know about ordering tile samples.

How many samples will I receive?

Only one sample per product, per customer is permitted.

You will receive either:

One full tile sample
One cut tile sample

The sample type is clearly stated in the product title (e.g. "Full Tile Sample" or "Cut Tile Sample"). Sample dimensions are also listed within the product specifications.

Will I receive everything shown in the product images?

No. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only and may show multiple tiles, room settings, layouts, patterns or installation examples.

A sample order includes one full tile sample or one cut tile sample only, as stated in the product title and specifications.

Why is the sample price different from the price per tile?

The sample fee is a separate charge from the standard tile price and is not volume-based.

A sample order is for a single sample only. The sample fee covers the provision, handling and dispatch of the sample and should not be compared to, or used to calculate, the price or quantity of full tiles.

Why should I order a sample?

We recommend ordering a sample so you can assess the tile before placing a full order.

A sample allows you to:

View the colour in your own environment and lighting conditions
Assess the texture and surface finish
Check the size and suitability for your project
Compare products before making a larger purchase

As screen displays and lighting conditions can vary, samples provide the most accurate representation of the product.

Product Features

Calm, warm and effortlessly versatile, Jumairah Almond Nut Matt offers a softer take on this much-loved neutral. With its gentle beige tones and satin surface, this tile delivers subtle texture and warmth without shine, making it ideal for relaxed, contemporary interiors.

Made in Spain from white body ceramic, this 5 × 40cm wall tile features a straight edge and a smooth satin finish that diffuses light rather than reflecting it. A V3 shade variation introduces natural movement across the surface, creating a handmade-look effect that feels organic and lived-in rather than uniform.

Designed for indoor wall use, including wetrooms and shower spaces, Jumairah Almond Nut Matt works beautifully as kitchen splashback tiles, bathroom wall tiles and feature walls. Its muted, tonal finish pairs easily with natural materials, warm neutrals and both modern and traditional fittings.
