Everything you need to know about ordering tile samples.

How many samples will I receive?

Only one sample per product, per customer is permitted.

You will receive either:

One full tile sample
One cut tile sample

The sample type is clearly stated in the product title (e.g. "Full Tile Sample" or "Cut Tile Sample"). Sample dimensions are also listed within the product specifications.

Will I receive everything shown in the product images?

No. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only and may show multiple tiles, room settings, layouts, patterns or installation examples.

A sample order includes one full tile sample or one cut tile sample only, as stated in the product title and specifications.

Why is the sample price different from the price per tile?

The sample fee is a separate charge from the standard tile price and is not volume-based.

A sample order is for a single sample only. The sample fee covers the provision, handling and dispatch of the sample and should not be compared to, or used to calculate, the price or quantity of full tiles.

Why should I order a sample?

We recommend ordering a sample so you can assess the tile before placing a full order.

A sample allows you to:

View the colour in your own environment and lighting conditions
Assess the texture and surface finish
Check the size and suitability for your project
Compare products before making a larger purchase

As screen displays and lighting conditions can vary, samples provide the most accurate representation of the product.

Product Features

Inspired by the warmth and depth of amber, the Lumen Precious Stone collection translates the beauty of gemstone aesthetics into a refined porcelain surface. Soft honeyed tones and layered detailing create a rich visual depth, giving the impression of light glowing across the tile rather than through it.

The polished finish enhances this effect by reflecting ambient light, drawing out subtle variations in colour and pattern. The result is a surface that feels luminous and expressive, adding warmth, atmosphere, and quiet luxury to both contemporary and architectural interiors.

Designed for statement spaces, Lumen Amber offers the visual impact of precious stone inspiration with the durability and consistency of porcelain.

Please note

These tiles are porcelain tiles inspired by the appearance of precious gemstones.

They are not made from natural stone or gemstones and are not translucent or suitable for backlighting. Any reference to light or luminosity describes the visual effect of the surface design and polished finish, which reflects ambient light rather than allowing light to pass through the tile.
