How many samples will I receive?

Only one sample per product, per customer is permitted.

You will receive either:

One full tile sample
One cut tile sample

The sample type is clearly stated in the product title (e.g. "Full Tile Sample" or "Cut Tile Sample"). Sample dimensions are also listed within the product specifications.

Will I receive everything shown in the product images?

No. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only and may show multiple tiles, room settings, layouts, patterns or installation examples.

A sample order includes one full tile sample or one cut tile sample only, as stated in the product title and specifications.

Why is the sample price different from the price per tile?

The sample fee is a separate charge from the standard tile price and is not volume-based.

A sample order is for a single sample only. The sample fee covers the provision, handling and dispatch of the sample and should not be compared to, or used to calculate, the price or quantity of full tiles.

Why should I order a sample?

We recommend ordering a sample so you can assess the tile before placing a full order.

A sample allows you to:

View the colour in your own environment and lighting conditions
Assess the texture and surface finish
Check the size and suitability for your project
Compare products before making a larger purchase

Fayrouz Natural Marble White – Honed offers a refined, understated look within the Fayrouz Natural Marble collection, showcasing the quiet elegance of genuine natural stone. Each 15.2 × 15.2cm tile features soft white tones with delicate grey veining and subtle natural variation, creating a clean and balanced surface. The honed finish provides a smooth, matt appearance that feels more contemporary, while still highlighting the unique character of real marble.

Ideal as marble wall tiles or marble floor tiles, White – Honed is perfectly suited to kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways where a lighter, more polished aesthetic is desired. It pairs effortlessly with Fayrouz Natural Marble Black – Honed to create crisp chequerboard marble floors, or can be used alone for a seamless, elegant look across walls and floors. The square format supports both traditional patterns and modern layouts.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, these natural marble tiles are wetroom safe, compatible with underfloor heating, and require sealing to maintain and protect their surface—making them a durable and timeless option for both walls and floors.

We recommend following our three step process application guide

Once the tiles are laid use LTP Grimex, to clean and remove any dirt, dust and grime from the newly laid surface. Allow surfaces to completely dry before allowing traffic or sealing.
Apply before and after grouting LTP Mattstone H20 to protect against water, oil, and grime. Protect from water for 24 hours and do not wash surfaces for at least 3 days.
Regular after care will help keep your marble tiles in their best condition, Use LTP Waxwash (for floors) or LTP Stonewash (for walls) to gently clean sealed natural stone and marble surfaces.

Please note that the delivery date shown at checkout is the latest possible delivery date. Our courier's terms allow for delivery up to 24 hours before the selected date. This means your order may arrive the day before the chosen delivery date.

Deliveries are from 7am to 7pm but these times can/may be extended if delivering depots are busy.

Drivers are NOT insured to go into any property or take items off a pallet. Under NO circumstances will they be covered to go into communal areas where delivering to a flat, upstairs or into lifts.

It is the customers responsibility to arrange for products to be taken into a property once the driver has taken the pallet as close to the entrance as he/she deems possible.
