Everything you need to know about ordering tile samples.

How many samples will I receive?

Only one sample per product, per customer is permitted.

You will receive either:

One full tile sample
One cut tile sample

The sample type is clearly stated in the product title (e.g. "Full Tile Sample" or "Cut Tile Sample"). Sample dimensions are also listed within the product specifications.

Will I receive everything shown in the product images?

No. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only and may show multiple tiles, room settings, layouts, patterns or installation examples.

A sample order includes one full tile sample or one cut tile sample only, as stated in the product title and specifications.

Why is the sample price different from the price per tile?

The sample fee is a separate charge from the standard tile price and is not volume-based.

A sample order is for a single sample only. The sample fee covers the provision, handling and dispatch of the sample and should not be compared to, or used to calculate, the price or quantity of full tiles.

Why should I order a sample?

We recommend ordering a sample so you can assess the tile before placing a full order.

A sample allows you to:

View the colour in your own environment and lighting conditions
Assess the texture and surface finish
Check the size and suitability for your project
Compare products before making a larger purchase

As screen displays and lighting conditions can vary, samples provide the most accurate representation of the product.

Product Features

Saigon Amber Decor Square brings a bold decorative twist to traditional Moroccan wall tiles. With its 10×10cm size and rich amber glaze, this tile features subtle embossed detailing that adds a tactile layer to your design. The glossy, high-shine finish highlights natural colour variation across the surface—ranging from deep burnt orange to honeyed copper tones—making each piece feel full of life and movement.

Ideal for feature splashbacks, shower walls, or decorative borders, this Moroccan-style wall tile adds handcrafted charm with a refined edge. Whether used on its own or combined with other Saigon formats, it helps create textured, light-reflective surfaces that stand out in any setting.
