Everything you need to know about ordering tile samples.

How many samples will I receive?

Only one sample per product, per customer is permitted.

You will receive either:

One full tile sample
One cut tile sample

The sample type is clearly stated in the product title (e.g. "Full Tile Sample" or "Cut Tile Sample"). Sample dimensions are also listed within the product specifications.

Will I receive everything shown in the product images?

No. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only and may show multiple tiles, room settings, layouts, patterns or installation examples.

A sample order includes one full tile sample or one cut tile sample only, as stated in the product title and specifications.

Why is the sample price different from the price per tile?

The sample fee is a separate charge from the standard tile price and is not volume-based.

A sample order is for a single sample only. The sample fee covers the provision, handling and dispatch of the sample and should not be compared to, or used to calculate, the price or quantity of full tiles.

Why should I order a sample?

We recommend ordering a sample so you can assess the tile before placing a full order.

A sample allows you to:

View the colour in your own environment and lighting conditions
Assess the texture and surface finish
Check the size and suitability for your project
Compare products before making a larger purchase

As screen displays and lighting conditions can vary, samples provide the most accurate representation of the product.

Product Features

Lumen Ivory offers a softer interpretation of precious stone inspiration, combining gentle ivory tones with delicate veining to create a calm yet luminous surface. The design evokes the layered depth and subtle glow associated with gemstones, reimagined in a clean and contemporary porcelain format.

Light reflects across the polished surface, enhancing tonal variation and adding an elegant sense of movement to the tile. This refined finish makes Ivory particularly suited to bright, open interiors where light and material work together to elevate the overall space.

Timeless and versatile, Lumen Ivory brings understated luxury and warmth to both modern and classic settings.

Please note

Lumen tiles are porcelain tiles inspired by the appearance of precious gemstones.

They are not made from natural stone or gemstones and are not translucent or suitable for backlighting. Any luminous qualities described relate to the visual effect of the design and polished finish, not the physical transmission of light through the tile.
