All third parties collecting on behalf of a customer are required to complete and sign our Third-Party Collection Authorisation Form at the point of collection.

Goods will not be released to any third party unless this form is completed and signed on site.
If your appointed courier refuses to sign the required documentation, we will be unable to release the order.

By submitting this form, you confirm and agree that:
- You are appointing a third party to act as your authorised representative for collection of your order.
- Your appointed representative will be required to sign the Third-Party Collection Authorisation Form before goods are released.
- The representative must visually inspect all goods prior to loading and confirm they are satisfied with their condition and accuracy.
- Once goods leave the premises, full responsibility transfers to you and your appointed representative.
- Claims for visible damage, shortages or incorrect items will not be accepted after collection.
- Tile orders are heavy and fragile. Goods are not automatically palletised unless agreed in advance.
- Your representative is responsible for providing suitable transport and safe manual handling arrangements.
- Your representative is responsible for loading the goods.

At our Doncaster warehouse, forklift assistance may be available where appropriate and at our discretion. This does not transfer responsibility for securing or transporting the goods.
No forklift loading assistance is available at other collection locations.
