We strongly recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full order to ensure you are satisfied with the colour, texture, and finish of the tile.
We cannot be held responsible if the appearance of tiles differs from expectations based on images shown on our website.

Everything you need to know about ordering tile samples.

How many samples will I receive?

Only one sample per product, per customer is permitted.

You will receive either:

One full tile sample
One cut tile sample

The sample type is clearly stated in the product title (e.g. "Full Tile Sample" or "Cut Tile Sample"). Sample dimensions are also listed within the product specifications.

Will I receive everything shown in the product images?

No. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only and may show multiple tiles, room settings, layouts, patterns or installation examples.

A sample order includes one full tile sample or one cut tile sample only, as stated in the product title and specifications.

Why is the sample price different from the price per tile?

The sample fee is a separate charge from the standard tile price and is not volume-based.

A sample order is for a single sample only. The sample fee covers the provision, handling and dispatch of the sample and should not be compared to, or used to calculate, the price or quantity of full tiles.

Why should I order a sample?

We recommend ordering a sample so you can assess the tile before placing a full order.

A sample allows you to:

View the colour in your own environment and lighting conditions
Assess the texture and surface finish
Check the size and suitability for your project
Compare products before making a larger purchase

As screen displays and lighting conditions can vary, samples provide the most accurate representation of the product.

Product Features

Inspired by a singular, ancient stone block, Riad Stone embodies innovation and elegance.

This collection features two distinct interpretations: Sassi, with its dynamic terrazzo-like pebble composition creating visual depth, and Neutra, offering a subtle texture with delicate veining. These complementary surfaces can be used independently or paired together, creating sophisticated interiors where tactile dynamism meets understated elegance.

The R10 Silk natural finish provides a delicate texture synchronised with the underlying patterns, delivering a silky touch that enhances both residential and commercial spaces with authentic character and refined continuity.

Available in several formats and also with a stunning 2cm version Sassi version available, this collection offers a complete solution to your interior and exterior design goals.
